Being pregelatinised this product can be added to hot or cold foods and will still dissolve and form a thickening gel as it cools. This means you can add more Smooth Gel to your coconut yoghurt after they have been made. Replaces fats to get a creamy smooth texture.

Green Living Non Dairy Coconut Yoghurt

• Use 10 to 20 grams in a litre batch of coconut yoghurt in place of other thickeners like pectin.
